We offer a wide variety of meeting rooms, classrooms, lecture rooms, and other event spaces available for rental for organizations and businesses.

Prince Frederick Campus
- Large Conference Space with Dividing Walls (seating up to 250) with Catering Kitchen Option

CSM reserves the right to decline a request that does not adhere to our college policies. Approved rentals will be required to sign a Facilities Use Contract and abide by the terms including cancellation terms, as applicable. Groups/individuals will also be required to provide a certificate of insurance with applicable limits. Please submit a Facility Request Form and our team will assist you with space availability and logistics.
